Receptionist & Administrator
Our client a highly regarded law firm in the TOP Legal 500 have a fantastic opportunity for an experience Receptionist & Administrator to join a growing Operations Team based in Colchester.
My client is looking for an organised Receptionist & Administrator, to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also supporting daily administrative and office operations.
Reception Duties
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in s professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
• Manage the reception inbox and respond to queries
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up for appointments
• Preparation of refreshments for clients and visitors
• Maintaining the reception area, waiting room and meeting rooms
Administrative Support
• Maintain and update client records and office documents
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks within the operations team including Compliance, Accounts, and HR when required
• Order and manage office supplies and stationary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
Facilities
• Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and maintenance providers to ensure the smooth running of the office facilities
• Monitor and replenish kitchen and office supplies
The Candidate
• Previous Reception and Administration experience , or office support preferably within a legal or professional services firm
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent time management
• A full driving licence and transport is essential as you will be attending local county shows
