Our client a well-established multi-office law firm, are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client Team based in Braintree. Our client is committed to providing excellent customer service, if you’re an experience Private Client Legal Secretary then we would like to hear from you both full and part time considered.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
The Role
• Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyers
• Audio typing (BigHand)
• Opening and closing files
• Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetings
• Carry out money laundering and ID checks
• Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts
• Witnessing wills
• Liaise with Clients, Solicitors , Barristers Chambers
• Attend client meetings
• Preparing conference room
• Provide support to other secretaries as and when required
• Assist with preparation of invoices
• Taking credit card payments
• Booking events, training etc
The Candidate
• You will possess recent Private Client Experience
• Experience with all Microsoft Office packages , excellent Audio Typing skills
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communications skills and a team player
