Legal Team Assistant -Property Litigation

JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with one of the leading regional law firms in Essex. Offering a full range of legal advice to business and individual clients. Our client is recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Team Assistant for their Hornchurch Office.

The role
• Providing support to one of more fee earners
• Diary management
• Audio typing legal documents, emails
• Attending to clients
• Assist with billing process
• Handling Debt Recovery
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Neighbour and Boundary Disputes
• Commercial disputes
• Property disputes
• Preparing trial bundles
• Liaising with clients, Solicitors, Courts

Experience
• Recent Litigation/ Property secretarial / Team Assistant experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel , Audio typing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail
• Good communication skills
