Conveyancing Paralegal /Conveyancing Assistant

Due to continued growth our client is now recruiting for experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/ Conveyancing Assistant. You will find a friendly and supportive culture, an open door policy our client has a reputation for dealing with high-quality work and delivering a first class service .

The Role:

• You will be working closely under the direction and supervision of the solicitors
• Speaking to new clients, taking instructions and opening files
• Drafting contracts
• Raising and answering enquiries
• Applying for land searches
• Review Title
• Dealing with pre- contract enquiries
• Search reports and mortgage reports on purchases
• Prepare bills and completion statements on both sales and purchases
• Deal with completions and post completion work to include serving notices on leasehold properties
• Liaise with clients, Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage lenders

The Candidate
• Minimum of 1 years’ recent experience within Residential Property
• Our client will consider candidates with Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant experience
• Computer literate. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care
• Effectively prioritise and have excellent organisation skills for a fast paced workload with tight deadlines
