Administration Assistant

JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across Essex. Our client is now recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join there Hornchurch office.

As an Administration Assistant the position will involve supporting the marketing department with social events.

The Role

• To provide general administrative support to the marketing department and legal teams
• Assisting the marketing department with social events including drinks evenings
• Assisting with the setting up and clearing down of marketing events
• Responsible for ordering office supplies , stationary
• Filing, scanning , photocopying
• Prepare mail including enclosures, and DX for despatch
• Diary management , arranging meeting
• Preparation of conference room for meetings ,provide refreshments
• Closing files
• Provide support to other secretaries as and when required
• Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone
• Cover reception as and when required
• To provide reception cover for holidays and sickness at other branches as and when required

The Candidate

• Strong administration skills preferably within a law firm but not essential
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft word, outlook, Excel
• Accurate typing skills
• A team player
• Proactive
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision
