Private Client – Head of Department
Our client a highly regarded law firm in the Top Legal 500 with multiple offices across East Anglia, have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up their Private Client department based in Shoebury.
Responsibilities
• You will handle a wide and varied caseload of Private Client matters
• Wills, Codicils, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and HMRC Inheritance tax forms
• Deeds of Variation and advising on all related Tax issues
• Court of Protection, Probate administration of Estate and Trusts
• Deputyship Applications
• Enduring Powers of Attorney
The Candidate
• The successful candidate will be either a solicitor or Legal Executive with 7 years plus PQE
• You will be ambitious and have a passion to drive the Private Client department forward
• Possess a positive attitude
• Strong IT Skills
• Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
