Referral Rewards

JS Legal Recruitment are working with a number of solicitors in the Top Legal 500 throughout East Anglia. With a variety of legal positions from Solicitors to support staff, we currently have more positions than candidates, so we are seeking your help to widen our candidate search to fill our clients’ requirements.

We are offering a referral reward scheme. We encourage you to get in touch if you have a friend or colleague in the legal profession, who excels in their job but isn’t getting recognised or who is missing out on that promotion or the salary they deserve. Or, perhaps they are simply relocating to the East Anglian Region.

If you recommend someone who we place successfully and they pass their probation (three or six months depending on the client), we will pay a reward fee as a way of saying thank you. For Support Staff our fee reward is £300. For Fee Earning Staff, £500.

You can be assured we don’t auto-add any contact email addresses you provide us with to a mailing list. We contact prospect candidates just once to find out if they have any interest in moving roles or being added to our job list notifications going forwards.
