Private Client Solicitor
Our client a highly regarded modern and friendly high street practice based in Chelmsford. Is seeking to hire an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client department. This firm can offer an environment in which to thrive and progress within the company. The Role
- You will manage your own varied caseload of Private Client Matters.
- To include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and the Administration of Estates and Trusts., Tax Planning, IHT matters,
- Elderly client maters, Knowledge of court of protection procedure would be a bonus particularly relating to clinical negligence issues, statutory wills and life time gifts.
- You will also have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
The candidate
- You will be a minimum 2 years PQE however those that full outside of this bracket will be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
- Experience in Private Client law is essential
- Step or SFE accreditation would be advantageous but not essential
- You will be comfortable getting involved in the marketing and networking of the Private Client Department
